About Me

I joined Heartland Business Systems in April of 2011 as a Technical Support Analyst. I currently am a Contracted technician out of the Heartland Business Systems’ Pewaukee office for GE Healthcare.


My experience as a technician has given me the ability to interact with people with an unmatched customer service approach. I have a record of quick learning and quick response to customers.


  • More than 5 years of experience in network deployment and troubleshooting support in high volume Healthcare  enterprise organization
  • Extensive expertise in LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity, installation, troubleshooting and IT security using multiple vendor products.
  • Interacting with ISP’s for network issues (MCI/Verizon, Time Warner, AT&T, and Level3) to support data applications.
  •  Liaise with Hardware Vendors like Cisco and HP for support at site and for hardware replacement and maintenance.

  • Worked as a part of the Incident Management team handling high to low priority incidents on network devices like Cisco routers/Switches/ASA, Checkpoint firewalls and F5 load balancers
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, analyze and resolve network related issues to ensure minimum business downtime
